Maxes aren’t really performed to stay safe, but I usually rep 250 incline bench, 240 for reps flat & 310 squats.
When did you Start Bodybuilding & How did You Get Started?
I started training about 3 years ago and decided to body build this year actually and was started by my father and progressed to training with my brother.
Describe your training:
A typical week of training would go like this:
Monday: chest and triceps
Tuesday: back, rear delts and biceps
Wednesday: hamstrings and calves
Thursday: shoulders
Friday: arms
Saturday: quads
My best body parts are my calves and triceps. I perform many rope extensions for triceps and single hand extensions, for calves I do seated press and bent over decline raises.
Describe your Diet & Supplementation:
I like to consume about 7 meals a day consisting of chicken mainly and or steak with 2 cups of rice with each.
What are Your Favorite Supplements?
Elite Dymatize protein, karbolyn & hyperbolic
Bodybuilding Achievements:
Winning my first contest and self-improvements through watching the body change and build through the years is the best feeling and motivation.
What are your Goals for the Future?
I want to take a couple years away from competing maybe and may come back to the stage down the road.
