3:45 pm- code red with 4 noxivol and 3 anavite
4:00 pm- TRAIN (size on intra)
5:00 pm- 2 scoops whey w/ Creatine
5:30 pm- 1.5-cup white rice w/ 7 oz chicken breast
7:30 pm- 1 cup whole-wheat pasta w/ 7 oz chicken or steak
10:00 pm- 2 eggs
8 egg whites
1-cup oatmeal
Right before bed (casein and whey blend shake)
