Training and Nutrition at 3 Weeks Out:
My training right now as of 3 weeks out: very careful training! Training for pumps
and conditioning lots of reps and fast and intense, huge pumps! Not very heavy weight training right now.
I train my legs extremely heavy with lots of squats but I change my workouts constantly to keep it a surprise to the legs.
Diet Consists of
Proteins:

Egg whites
Chicken
Turkey
Fish
Steak
White rice
Brown rice
Sweet potatoes
Oatmeal
Yams

Win teen nationals on July 24 2010, Get sponsored and get more publicity, compete to qualify for nationals and then compete for pro card.
I am Cody Lewis this is my life I will be competing in the teen nationals this year and will bring my best so I hope my competitors plan to bring there’s! I am 3 weeks out right now and getting better daily.
