Cody Lewis 3 Weeks Out From 2010 Teen Nationals

Age: 19

Height: 5’11″

Weight At 3 Weeks Out: 222

Highest offseason weight: 285

Started bodybuilding at age: 13

Lifting stats:

2 rep squat max: 615 lbs

1 rep bench max: 425 lbs

5 rep leg press max: 1800 lbs

1 rep curl: 200

Training and Nutrition at 3 Weeks Out:

My training right now as of 3 weeks out: very careful training! Training for pumps and conditioning lots of reps and fast and intense, huge pumps! Not very heavy weight training right now.

I train my legs extremely heavy with lots of squats but I change my workouts constantly to keep it a surprise to the legs.

Diet Consists of

Proteins:

Eggs

Egg whites

Chicken

Turkey

Fish

Steak

Carbs:

White rice

Brown rice

Sweet potatoes

Oatmeal

Yams

Amounts change daily!

Goals:

Win teen nationals on July 24 2010, Get sponsored and get more publicity, compete to qualify for nationals and then compete for pro card.

I am Cody Lewis this is my life I will be competing in the teen nationals this year and will bring my best so I hope my competitors plan to bring there’s! I am 3 weeks out right now and getting better daily. I would like to say thanks to Max Muscle Modesto for all your help and support with supplements I would also like to say thanks so much to the Guru that’s training me, William Ayoubi! Your the best man and I couldn’t do this without you!

A huge thanks goes out to my wonderful parents there my biggest best supporters and fans, I definitely wouldn’t have anything I have with out them they have made me what I am today in so many ways I love you guys so much. One more thanks goes to God for all he has blessed me with and giving me the life of a bodybuilder! This is my life and my road to being the best!
