Describe your training:
My training is very instinctive but VERY intense.Every time I train its always a new workout, rep range and etc. I train 6 times a week and I always use giant sets, drop sets,super sets etc.
What is your best Bodypart:
My arms are my best bodypart! They measure 47cm! They are big and defined!I’m very strong when I train my arms! In close grip bench press I do 330lbs x 6 reps.In a barbell curl i do 220lbs x 6 reps!
Diet:
My diet is very simple.During the off season I try to eat 600g carbs, 300g protein and 300g of fat. I use protein powder, multivitamin and gainer
My Favorite Supplements are Animal Pak and Nitro-tech HARDCORE!
What are your Goals for the Future:
I want to Become the Biggest 18 yo in Europe, getting over 220 lbs at 19, and winning everything i can in Under 21 cat. Of course my ultimate goal is to become a PRO and compete in USA. My Dream to get sponsored by Universal!
